What happened
The Co-op applied for an order to end the occupancy and evict the Co-op Member due to non-payment of regular monthly housing charges. The parties reached an agreement during the Case Management Hearing to resolve the issues through a payment plan for the arrears.
The ruling
The Co-op Member's occupancy shall continue provided they pay the total arrears of $5,117.00 in installments, starting with $250.00 monthly from November 1, 2014, to June 1, 2016, and a final payment of $117.00 by July 1, 2016. The Co-op Member must also pay regular monthly housing charges of $1,257.00 starting November 1, 2014. If any payment is missed, the Co-op may apply for eviction within 30 days.
