What happened
The Applicant Co-op applied to the Landlord and Tenant Board for an order to end the occupancy of the member unit and evict the Co-op Member because the Co-op Member did not pay the regular monthly housing charges that the Co-op Member owes with respect to the member unit.
The ruling
The occupancy of the member unit was terminated on November 20, 2014. The Co-op Member shall pay to the Co-op the amount of $2,863.00. If the Co-op Member does not pay the full amount owing by January 31, 2015, he will start to owe interest on any unpaid amount beginning January 31, 2015 at 3.00% annually.
