What happened
The Co-op applied to the Landlord and Tenant Board for an order to end the occupancy of the member unit and evict the Co-op Member due to non-payment of regular monthly housing charges.
The ruling
The Co-op Member's occupancy rights are terminated and the member unit must be vacated on or before February 17, 2015. If the Co-op Member pays $149.00 on or before February 17, 2015, the order will be void and the Co-op Member can remain in the unit. If the Co-op Member vacates the unit before February 28, 2015, the Co-op will owe the Co-op Member $33.60 per day from the day the unit was vacated to the end of February 2015. If the Co-op Member does not void the order and the occupancy is terminated, the Co-op shall refund the $351.00 damage deposit balance to the Co-op Member.
