What happened
The Co-op applied to the Landlord and Tenant Board for an order to end the occupancy of the member unit and evict the Co-op Member because the Co-op Member did not pay the regular monthly housing charges that the Co-op Member owes with respect to the member unit and because the Co-op Member has persistently failed to pay the regular monthly housing charges on the date they become due and payable.
The ruling
The occupancy of the member unit shall continue provided the Co-op Member pays the arrears of $1,682.00 in monthly installments and continues to pay the full regular monthly housing charges as they become due.
