What happened
The Co-operative applied to the Landlord and Tenant Board for an order to terminate the Co-op Member's occupancy and evict them due to failure to pay regular monthly housing charges and persistent late payment.
The ruling
The Co-op Member's occupancy rights are terminated unless they pay $5,580 by October 24, 2015 to void the termination order. If the Co-op Member voids the order, they must pay the regular monthly housing charges on time for the next 12 months. If the Co-op Member does not make the full payment by October 24, 2015, the Co-op can file the order with the Sheriff to enforce the eviction.
