What happened
The Co-op applied to the LTB to end the occupancy of the Co-op Member's unit and evict them due to non-payment of regular monthly housing charges, persistent failure to pay on time, and conduct that substantially interfered with the rights of the Co-op or other members.
The ruling
The Co-op and Co-op Member agreed to settle all issues. The Co-op Member agreed to pay $705 in full by October 31, 2015 and pay regular monthly housing charges on time going forward. If the Co-op Member fails to make any of the agreed payments, the Co-op can apply to the LTB to terminate the occupancy and evict the Co-op Member without further notice.
