What happened
The Co-op applied to the LTB to terminate the Co-op Member's occupancy and evict them due to non-payment of regular monthly housing charges and persistent late payment. The Co-op Member acknowledged the arrears and proposed a payment plan to resolve the dispute.
The ruling
The occupancy shall continue provided the Co-op Member pays the arrears in accordance with the payment plan and the ongoing regular monthly housing charges are paid on time. If the Co-op Member fails to make any of the payments, the outstanding balance shall become immediately due and owing, and the Co-op may apply to the LTB for an order terminating the occupancy and evicting the Co-op Member.
