What happened

The ruling
The Co-op Members are ordered to pay $2,926.00 to the Co-op according to a specified payment plan. The occupancy will continue if the Co-op Members comply with the payment plan. If they fail to make any payments, the Co-op can re-apply for eviction without notice.
