What happened
The Co-op applied to the LTB to end the occupancy of the member unit and evict the Co-op Member because the Co-op Member did not pay the regular monthly housing charges.
The ruling
The occupancy shall continue provided: a) The Co-op member pays the amount owing up to April 30, 2015 ($2,575.00), by paying monthly instalments of $100.00, in guaranteed funds, on or before the last day of each month, commencing May 31, 2015 up to an including the May 31, 2017 and a final payment of $75.00 in guaranteed funds, on or before June 30, 2017; and b) Commencing on May 10, 2015 and continuing on the tenth day of every month until the arrears are paid in full, the Co-op Member pays the Co-op the regular monthly housing charges in full and in guaranteed funds.
