What happened
The Co-op applied to the LTB to end the occupancy and evict the Co-op Members due to failure to pay regular monthly housing charges and persistent late payment.
The ruling
The parties agreed to a payment plan that would give the Co-op Members additional time to pay the arrears owing. The occupancy will continue provided the Co-op Members pay the arrears in installments and pay the regular monthly housing charges as they become due for 24 months. If the Co-op Members fail to make any of the payments, the Co-op may apply to the LTB to terminate the occupancy and evict the Co-op Members without further notice.
