What happened
The Co-operative applied to end the occupancy and evict the Co-op Members due to persistent failure to pay regular monthly housing charges on time (C2 Application) and to collect arrears of regular monthly housing charges (C1 Application). The Co-op Members failed to attend the Case Management Hearing and did not file a Response to the Applications.
The ruling
The Co-op Members' occupancy rights are terminated as of October 31, 2015. They must pay $4,643.00 to the Co-op, representing housing charges owing to October 31, 2015, plus the application filing fee, minus refundable deposits. If not vacated by October 31, 2015, they must pay $35.53 per day for use of the unit starting November 1, 2015.
