What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to failure to pay rent. The Tenant paid all rent arrears prior to the hearing, so the order is limited to the Landlord's application costs only and does not include eviction.

The ruling

The Tenant shall pay the Landlord $119.24 for the cost of filing the application. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by November 16, 2020, the Tenant will start to owe interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
