What happened

Landlord applied to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenants due to their conduct seriously impairing the safety of others in the residential complex.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective April 30, 2021. The Tenants must vacate the unit by March 23, 2021 and pay the Landlord $2,696.34, which includes compensation for use of the unit and the application filing fee. If the Tenants do not pay the full amount by May 5, 2021, they will owe interest. If the unit is not vacated by April 30, 2021, the Landlord may file the order with the Sheriff for enforcement.
