What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants due to non-payment of rent. The Landlord served a Notice of Termination effective October 2, 2021. Tenants did not attend the hearing.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective February 4, 2022. Tenants must pay $8,325.47 plus $46.03 per day starting January 25, 2022, to the Landlord. If full payment is not made by February 4, 2022, the Landlord may file for eviction enforcement. Tenants can void the order by paying specified amounts by certain deadlines.
