What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to failure to pay rent. The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective February 22, 2022. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $5,517.03 in rent arrears and compensation, plus $22.92 per day starting February 12, 2022 until the Tenant moves out. The Tenant must also pay the $186 application fee. If the Tenant pays $6,099.26 on or before February 22, 2022, the eviction order will be void and the tenancy will continue.
