The tenancy between Landlord and Tenant is terminated. The Tenant must move out of the rental unit on or before February 21, 2023. If the unit is not vacated by this date, the Landlord may file this order with the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) for eviction enforcement starting February 22, 2023.
