What happened

The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective February 8, 2022, unless Tenants void the order by paying the specified amounts. Tenants must pay $2,185.43 plus $26.30 per day from January 29, 2022, until move-out, and $186.00 for application costs. If full payment is not made by February 8, 2022, the Landlord may file for eviction enforcement.
