What happened

The ruling

The Tenant shall pay the Landlord $11,108.71, which includes rent arrears up to April 22, 2023 and the application filing costs, minus the rent deposit and interest owed to the Tenant. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by November 11, 2023, they will owe interest at 7% annually on the outstanding balance.
