What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to non-payment of rent. The Tenant had not paid the full rent from February 1, 2020 to November 30, 2020, and the Landlord served a Notice of Termination effective April 27, 2020.

The ruling

The Tenant is ordered to pay the Landlord $175.00 for the application filing costs and $25.00 for NSF-related administration charges. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by December 21, 2020, the Tenant will start owing interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
