Landlord applied to end the occupancy and evict the Co-op Member due to non-payment of regular monthly housing charges. The parties agreed to resolve the issues and an order on Consent was issued.

The ruling

The occupancy shall continue provided the Co-op Member pays the arrears of $6,293.50 in monthly installments of $350 deducted from her paychecks. The Co-op Member shall also pay the regular monthly housing charges as they become due.
