What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to substantial interference with the reasonable enjoyment or lawful right, privilege or interest of the Landlord or another tenant, seriously impaired the safety of any person in the residential complex and wilfully or negligently caused undue damage to the premises. The Landlord also applied for an order requiring the Tenant to compensate the Landlord for the damage.

The Landlord's request for review is granted. The application will be re-heard by a different Member of the Board.
