What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to failure to pay rent as per the previous order issued by the LTB on November 24, 2022.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective March 28, 2023. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $14,401.80, which includes rent arrears, application filing fee, less the rent deposit and interest owed on the deposit. If the Tenant does not vacate by March 28, 2023, the Landlord can file the order with the Sheriff for enforcement.
