What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to failure to pay rent. The ruling

The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenant pays $2,347.00 by January 31, 2023 or $3,476.00 by February 5, 2023 to void the order. If the Tenant does not void the order, the Tenant must pay $805.37 to the Landlord and vacate the unit by February 5, 2023. The Tenant will also owe daily compensation of $37.12 from January 20, 2023 until the date the Tenant moves out.
