What happened

Landlords applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant based on an agreement to terminate the tenancy. The application was considered without a hearing.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated based on the agreement between Landlords and Tenant. Tenant must vacate the rental unit by February 17, 2023. If not vacated, the Landlords may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office for eviction starting February 18, 2023.
