The ruling

The member's occupancy rights are terminated, and the member must vacate the member unit by August 19, 2017. If the member does not pay the $4,187 owed by August 19, 2017 and does not vacate, the cooperative can file the order with the Sheriff's Office starting August 20, 2017 for enforcement.
