What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants due to failure to pay rent. The application was filed after the Tenants failed to meet a condition specified in a previous order issued by the Board.

The ruling

The Board set aside the previous order and gave the Tenants another chance to pay off the arrears. The Tenants were ordered to pay $3,190.52 by April 19, 2021 and the April 2021 rent by April 15, 2021. If the Tenants fail to make these payments, the Landlord may apply for an order terminating the tenancy and evicting the Tenants.
