What happened

Landlord applied for an order requiring Tenants to pay the rent they owed. The Tenants vacated the rental unit on June 16, 2021, prior to the hearing date.

The ruling

The Tenants shall pay the Landlord $13,600 in rent arrears and $201 for the application filing fee. If the full amount is not paid by October 30, 2021, the Tenants will owe interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
