What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to Tenant's failure to meet a condition specified in a previous order issued by the Board. The condition was for the Tenant to pay the lawful rent on or before September 1, 2021, which the Tenant failed to do.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated, and the Tenant must move out of the rental unit on or before October 29, 2021. If the unit is not vacated by that date, the Landlord may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) to enforce the eviction.
