What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to failure to pay rent. The Tenant was not present at the hearing, although properly served with notice.

The ruling

The Tenant shall pay the Landlord $87.30 in rent arrears and $190.00 for the application filing fee, for a total of $277.30, by March 31, 2021. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by the due date, the Tenant will start to owe simple interest at 2.00% annually on the outstanding balance.
