What happened

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective January 22, 2022. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $4,557.00 in rent arrears and costs, plus $19.86 per day for compensation for the use of the unit starting January 12, 2022 until the Tenant moves out. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by January 22, 2022, the Tenant will start to owe interest at 2.00% annually on the outstanding balance.
