What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to failure to pay rent. The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective August 31, 2021. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $2,654.32 plus $4.74 per day starting July 23, 2021 until the Tenant vacates the unit. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by August 31, 2021, the Landlord may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office to enforce the eviction.
