What happened

The ruling

The Tenants shall pay to the Landlord $5,745.57, which represents arrears owing up to October 31, 2021 and the application fee. The Tenants shall also pay the monthly rent that becomes due during the period in which the arrears are to be paid, according to a specified payment schedule. If the Tenants do not make any of the required payments in full and on time, the Landlord may apply for an order terminating the tenancy and evicting the Tenants, or ask the Board to reopen the application.
