The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective September 30, 2021. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $1,073.54 for repair costs and $186 for the application filing fee. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by August 16, 2021, they will owe interest. If the unit is not vacated by September 30, 2021, the Landlord may file the order with the Sheriff for enforcement.
