What happened
Landlords applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant because the Landlords intend to demolish the rental unit.
The ruling
The tenancy between the Landlords and the Tenant is terminated as of July 31, 2021. The Tenant must move out of the rental unit on or before July 31, 2021. The Tenant shall also pay to the Landlords $21.37 per day for compensation for the use of the unit from August 1, 2021 to the date the Tenant moves out of the unit, and $175.00 for the cost of filing the application. If the Tenant does not pay the Landlords the full amount owing on or before July 31, 2021, the Tenant will start to owe interest at 2.00% annually on the balance outstanding. If the unit is not vacated on or before July 31, 2021, the Landlords may file this order with the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) so that the eviction may be enforced.
