What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants due to failure to pay rent and damages to the rental unit. The application was heard via video conference case management hearing.

The ruling

The Landlord and Tenants reached an agreement. The Tenants are ordered to pay the full lawful rent on the 1st of each month, and $150 towards the arrears and damages on the 20th of each month, until the total amount of $2,777 is paid in full. If the Tenants fail to adhere to the payment schedule, the Landlord can apply to the Board for an order terminating the tenancy and evicting the Tenants.
