The ruling
The Tenants shall pay the Landlord $8,914.00, being rental arrears of $8,739.00 plus the Landlord's $175.00 application filing fee, by way of 17 monthly payments of $495.22 beginning May 15, 2021 through September 15, 2022 and a final payment of $495.26 on or before October 15, 2022. If the Tenants fail to make any payment, the Landlord may apply to the Board for an order terminating the tenancy and evicting the Tenants.
