What happened

Landlords applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant because the Landlords require possession of the rental unit for the purpose of residential occupation.

The ruling

The tenancy will terminate on September 11, 2021 if the Landlord pays the Tenant $1,500 representing one month's rent as compensation. If the Landlord does not make the payment by September 11, 2021, the tenancy will not terminate and the Tenant does not have to vacate.
