What happened

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated and the Tenant must move out by October 4, 2021. The Tenant shall pay the Landlord $201 for the application fee. If the Tenant does not pay by October 3, 2021, they will owe interest starting October 4, 2021. If the unit is not vacated by October 4, 2021, the Landlord may file the order with the Sheriff for enforcement.
