What happened
Landlords applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants because the Tenants entered into an agreement to terminate the tenancy but did not move out by the agreed upon date.
The ruling
The tenancy between the Landlords and the Tenants is terminated. The Tenants must move out of the rental unit on or before March 1, 2021. The Tenants shall pay the Landlords $201.00 for the cost of filing the application. If the Tenants do not pay the full amount owing by February 28, 2021, they will start to owe interest at 2.00% annually on the balance outstanding starting March 1, 2021. If the unit is not vacated by March 1, 2021, the Landlords may file this order with the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) so that the eviction may be enforced starting March 2, 2021.
