What happened

The tenancy was terminated effective November 28, 2020, the date the Tenants vacated the rental unit. The Tenants were ordered to pay the Landlord $4,150 in rent arrears and $201 in application costs, totaling $4,351. If the Tenants did not pay the full amount by April 12, 2021, they would start owing interest on the outstanding balance.
