Landlords and Tenant signed an N11 Agreement to End the Tenancy form, to terminate the tenancy effective August 31, 2021.

The ruling

The tenancy between the Landlords and the Tenant is terminated. The Tenant must move out of the rental unit on or before September 4, 2021. If the unit is not vacated by September 4, 2021, the Landlords may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) for eviction.
