What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant because the Landlord in good faith requires possession of the rental unit for residential occupation by the Landlord's daughter for at least one year.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated, and the Tenant must vacate the rental unit by November 21, 2022. The Tenant is required to pay $32.88 per day for compensation for the use of the unit starting November 11, 2022, until they move out. If the unit is not vacated by November 21, 2022, the Landlord may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office for eviction enforcement.
