Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants due to failure to pay rent as per the mediated settlement issued by the Board on March 4, 2020.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective August 16, 2020. The Tenants must pay the Landlord $11,015.90 plus $55.89 per day starting August 6, 2020 until they vacate the unit. If the Tenants do not pay the full amount by August 16, 2020, they will owe interest starting August 17, 2020. If the unit is not vacated by August 16, 2020, the Landlord can file the order with the Sheriff for enforcement.
