What happened

Landlord applied to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenant due to the Tenant's failure to comply with a previous order regarding pest control access and preparation. The Tenant filed a motion to set aside the eviction order.

The ruling

The previous eviction order is set aside. A new order is issued requiring the Tenant to allow access for pest control, prepare the unit as instructed, and maintain ordinary cleanliness. If the Tenant fails to comply, the Landlord may apply to terminate the tenancy without further notice.
