What happened

The ruling

The Tenants are ordered to pay $2,407.16 to the Landlord for rent arrears and costs according to a specified payment schedule. The Tenants must also pay new rent on time for the period from September 1, 2022, to November 1, 2022. If the Tenants fail to make any payment, the Landlord may apply for an eviction order within 30 days of the breach.
