What happened

The ruling
The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenant pays $5,303.38 by July 31, 2022 or $7,022.76 by August 8, 2022 to void the order. If the Tenant does not void the order, they must pay $2,214.96 to the Landlord and vacate the unit by August 8, 2022. The Tenant will also owe $55.86 per day for use of the unit starting July 7, 2022 until they move out.
