The ruling

The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenant voids the order by paying $8,222.18 by September 18, 2022. If not voided, the Tenant must move out by September 18, 2022, and pay $4,671.88 plus $56.19 per day from August 30, 2022, until vacating. The Landlord may file for eviction enforcement starting September 19, 2022, if the unit is not vacated.
