What happened

Landlords applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants because the Tenants gave notice to terminate the tenancy. The Tenants did not move out by the termination date set out in the notice.

The ruling

The tenancy between the Landlords and Tenants is terminated. The Tenants must move out of the rental unit on or before December 5, 2022. If the unit is not vacated by that date, the Landlord may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office for enforcement. The Tenants shall pay the Landlord $201 for the cost of filing the application.
