The ruling
The Landlord is entitled to seek reimbursement for the cost of supplying electricity to the Tenants' unit in accordance with the tenancy agreement. The Landlord shall pay the Tenants $300 rent abatement and $185 reconnection fee as compensation for the Landlord's interference with the supply of electricity.
