What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants due to failure to pay rent. The application was filed after the Tenants failed to meet a condition specified in a previous order issued by the Board.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective April 18, 2021. The Tenants must pay the Landlord $3,901.52 plus $35.34 per day starting April 8, 2021 until they vacate the unit. If the Tenants do not pay the full amount by April 18, 2021, they will owe interest starting April 19, 2021. If the unit is not vacated by April 18, 2021, the Landlord may file the order with the Sheriff for enforcement.
